1. How to order

1.1. Where can I purchase the products?

            - Leading department stores. Click here to find out store location

1.2. Order processing

            1. In order to place an order, you will have to register to be a member. It takes less than 3 minutes > Register now! Click (member registration)

            2. Select your orders as preferred

            3. Choose colour

            4. Choose size

            5. Specify amount

            6. Click “Add to basket”

            7. If you want to continue shopping, select “continue”

            8. If you don’t want to continue, select “Payment”

            9. If you have discount coupons or discount codes, please fill in and click “Redeem coupons”, and then the price will be discounted automatically

            10. Once you check the total amount is correct, click “Pay”

            11. Fill in delivery address

            12. Select payment method: credit card, pay at delivery. If the total amount is less than 699 baht, 80 baht delivery cost will be added

            13. Click “Place an order”

 

2. Payment methods

Two methods:

            a). Credit / Debit cards: espica website accepts Visa and Master card with a secured 2C2P payment gateway

            ** If you have technical difficulties regarding the payment via credit/debit cards, please check these followings**

-       Whether you have sufficient funds in your bank account

-       Whether your details are correct

-       Whether you have registered an online banking with your bank card

-       Whether you have limited online transactions

-       Whether your account is in the system

** If a problem persists, please check with your bank **

b). Payment at delivery

            - If a customer has a delivery in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samutprakan and Pathumthani, ALPHA FAST delivery company will contact you for time and pick-up location. You can pay by cash on the day of delivery.

            - If a customer has a delivery in other provinces (except Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samutprakan and Pathumthani), KERRY EXPRESS delivery service will contact you for time and pick-up location. You can pay by cash on the day of delivery.

            - The delivery is completed when a customer signs to receive the package. If someone picks up the package for you, please provide your relationship with the customer.

            - We only accept cash on delivery NOT more than 8,000 baht per delivery.

3. Cancel your orders

            a) If you have not finished your online shopping, Click “X” on the left side of the page to remove an item from a basket.

            b) If you have already completed your shopping, please call us to cancel at espica customer service number 084-427-7182 during working hours Monday to Friday. Provide your order number within 24 hours after payment. If you purchased via credit cards and cancel after 24 hours, payment refund will be under terms and conditions. Click > Refund policy

4. Delivery

4.1 Period and delivery areas

            - Bangkok metropolitan region (Nonthaburi, Samutprakan and Pathumthani): 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, exclude holidays)

            - Other provinces: 2-4 days (Monday to Friday, exclude holidays). Click to read more >>> Delivery Policy

4.2 Overseas delivery services

            - As of now, espica only delivers within Thailand

4.3 Same-day delivery services?

            - We’re sorry. Espica doesn’t provide the same-day service yet.

4.4 Delivery cost

            - Free delivery with a purchase more than 699 baht

            - 80 baht delivery cost with a purchase less than 699 baht

4.5 Can a customer book a day to pick up a package?

            - If a customer wants to book a pick-up date, please contact us at espica customer service 084-427-7182 (Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30) or at [email protected]

4.6 Methods of delivery

espica uses two reliable delivery services

-       ALPHA FAST: Bangkok Metropolitan Region

-       KERRY EXPRESS: other provinces

A customer can track your deliver via websites.

5. Order status

6. Return policy

            - Each item has a different return policy, a customer may have to check our return policy before payment  www.espica.com is open for exchange and return of products within 7 days after purchase (from the day you received the item) free of charge under following conditions:

                        1. A delivered item is not the same as your order, which includes colour, type and size.

                        2. A item is damaged: damages have to be from production process or during delivery process (A customer must keep a package, price tags and other items in original condition.) Present your proof of your payment. A company holds the right for exchange and return)

Remark:

      • If an item is damaged from wearing, it is not considered damage
      • A company doesn’t accept return purchased under discounted or promotional items
      • A company holds the right to exchange after 7 days of when you get an item delivered. If more than 7 days, we do not accept exchange or return.

7. Steps for exchange

If a customer wants to exchange to a new item

            1. Please e-mail us at [email protected] with information per followings;

      • A picture of products and a reason why you want to exchange
      • If you want to exchange for a different colour or size, please specify information in the e-mail.
      • Working hours are most appropriate for a pick-up (Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.)

          2. When we receive your information, we will check whether an item is eligible for exchange or under a product guarantee. After that, our staff will check our product stock and e-mail you back. This takes about 7 working days after the day we receive the item
          3. A company will designate a date and time for a pick-up at your convenience. Please prepare your papers below;

      • E-mail confirmation
      • Purchase order papers
      • An item must be in the same condition. This includes price tags and other items in the package. If an item is not displayed as the same condition received, we will reject your exchange request

          4. After an exchange of item is granted, a company will deliver a new item to you. You will receive an e-mail regarding a status of delivery as well as a new purchase order
          5. A company holds the right to recheck the order before delivery of a new item
          6. A company holds the right to exchange under specific terms and conditions
          7. A company holds the right to exchange in the case of wrong order or dissatisfaction of a customer
          8. A company is open for an exchange after 7 days since the day received. If it’s more than 7 days, we will not accept the exchange.

Other remarks:

      • In the case of exchange or cancellation (under the company’s policy), products have to be in a condition ready to sell, which means it is not damaged, all other tags are still in the package – the same as when you received)

8. Refund Policy

          A company will refund the money if we are not able to deliver an ordered item as described and If a customer wants an item we do not have in our stocks.

Steps to refund
         1. All items must be kept in the same package sent to you in a good condition.
         2. A customer has to send the item within 7 days since the day of a receipt issued
         3. A copy of payment has to be included in the package
         4. The refund is only the cost of product, excluding delivery cost
         5. A company will not accept return items with pay on delivery

Methods to retrieve refund

         A refund process will start once we receive an item back from you. A method of refund depends on your method of payment
         1. For credit cards payment items, a refund request will be sent to the bank within 5 days, counting from the day we receive the item from you. Please contact the bank of your card to inquire on the issue.
         2. For items paid via counter services and ATM machines, you will have to provide this following information:

Documents for refund

         1. A copy for your national identity card
         2. A copy for your book bank with a signature (Name on the order and bank account have to match). Please note that refund works only if an account’s owner matches with the a person who requested
         3. Please provide documents and book bank information for the refund. This takes around 15 working days. We will notify you once a refund is granted.
A period takes to receive refunds
          -   If a customer paid in full via Thai credit cards, a refund will be made to the bank you used for the payment. It takes about 20 working days since you received a call from espica call center. This also depends on a cycle date of your card.
          -  If a customer paid in full via cash on delivery, we will refund to your bank account
          -   It takes 30 working days since we receive documents sent from you
          -   A company holds the right to refund within numbered of days
          -   In any case, a company has the rights to change within a prior notice
